We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Site Engineer to manage and oversee construction and engineering projects on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical supervision, ensuring designs are implemented correctly, maintaining site safety, and coordinating with contractors and other professionals to ensure timely project completion.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sitesInterpret architectural and engineering plans, drawings, and specificationsEnsure that work is carried out according to approved plans, standards, and codesMonitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior engineers or project managersCoordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliersConduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are maintainedResolve any unexpected technical issues or problems that arise on-siteEnsure all health and safety regulations are strictly followedSupervise site workers and provide technical guidance as neededMaintain accurate records of site activities, including material usage and labor hoursQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldProven experience as a site engineer or in a similar construction roleProficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and construction materialsStrong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelinesFamiliarity with CAD software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent problem-solving and leadership skillsGood organizational and time-management abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills
