Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor the day-to-day activities of the construction site.Ensure that construction work complies with safety, quality, and environmental standards.Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and schedules.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.Prepare and submit progress reports, site diaries, and other documentation.Resolve technical issues that arise during construction.Assist in planning and resource allocation to ensure timely project completion.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction procedures, safety standards, and regulations in UAE.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
