Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily construction activities on-site to ensure project progress aligns with plans and schedulesReview and interpret project drawings, specifications, and technical documentsCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and servicesMonitor work quality, safety, and adherence to project standards and regulationsConduct site inspections and prepare progress reportsResolve technical issues and provide technical guidance to on-site teamsEnsure compliance with safety and environmental regulationsKey Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field7+ years of experience in site supervision or construction projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and quality controlExcellent communication and leadership skillsProficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar toolsAbility to work under pressure and coordinate multiple activities
