Key Responsibilities:Supervise site operations and manage labor and subcontractors.Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients.Prepare daily reports, checklists, and material/resource requirements.Ensure timely execution of work and address site issues efficiently.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.5+ years of GCC/UAE site execution experience.Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, and project documentation.Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.Good communication and leadership skills.
