Key Responsibilities:Supervise and execute construction activities on-site as per approved drawings and specifications.Ensure work is completed on schedule, within scope, and meets quality and safety standards.Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and the project management team.Monitor site progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and address technical site issues.Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations and authority standards (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees).Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum 5 years of site execution experience, including 1–2 years in the UAE.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and UAE authority regulations.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and basic quantity take-off.Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
