Key Responsibilities:Oversee site execution and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specificationsCoordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth workflowMonitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reportsIdentify and resolve any on-site issues or delaysEnsure compliance with health, safety, and quality standardsAssist in material planning and ensure proper usage of resourcesAttend site meetings and update project management on site statusRequirements:Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field7?15 years of site supervision experience in construction, GRC, or precast projectsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and plansStrong communication, coordination, and leadership skillsProficiency in MS Office and project reporting toolsUAE experience preferred; driving license is a plus
