Site Civil EngineerJob Location : United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities :•Supervise and manage daily site operations for landscaping and civil infrastructure projects.•Review and interpret construction drawings, project specifications, and shop drawings.•Monitor and inspect work progress to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project plans.•Coordinate with the project manager, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.•Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.•Verify material deliveries, quantities, and installation methods.•Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and company policies.•Identify and resolve site issues or design discrepancies promptly.•Support project scheduling, resource planning, and cost control activities.•Participate in client meetings and provide technical support to field teams.Qualifications and Requirements :•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (required).•Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in site supervision or construction projects, preferably in landscaping, infrastructure, or civil works.•Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software/tools.•Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, materials, and quality standards.•Familiarity with UAE construction and safety regulations is preferred.•Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.Skills and Competencies :•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination across teams.•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address site challenges efficiently.•High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality workmanship.•Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines.•Proactive, organized, and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.•Collaborative team player with strong leadership potential.
