Location: DubaiEmployment Type: Full-timeExperience: minimum 8+ yearsWith a valid G+Unlimited license in Dubai Municipality to join our established building contracting company. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and proven project execution skills.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage residential and commercial building projects.Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliersEnsure compliance with local building codes and safety regulationsConduct technical reviews and site inspectionsApprove drawings, calculations, and materials as per licensing authorityLead the project from design through execution to completionRequirements:· Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of Study MOFA Attested Certificate is mandatory.· Valid G+Unlimited license (Dubai Municipality )· Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management· Strong knowledge of local construction laws and safety standards· Proficient in AutoCAD and engineering software· Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills· Strong Knowledge of construction methods, Materials and Safety.Preferred:Previous experience in UAE or GCC regionBenefits:as per UAE labor law
