myTVS is currently hiring a Showroom Sales Executive for its location in Deira, Dubai. We are specifically seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to cater to our growing East African market segment.This role requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of international trade procedures, and the ability to foster strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:•Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom, delivering outstanding service and support throughout the sales process•Engage with international and East African buyers, clearly explaining product features, specifications, and advantages•Generate accurate quotations and conduct timely follow-ups to convert prospects into confirmed sales•Oversee coordination of shipping activities and prepare all necessary export documentation to ensure smooth international transactions•Maintain up-to-date and organized records of all sales interactions and activities•Build lasting relationships with clients to promote repeat business and long-term partnershipsRequirements:•Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of French and/or Swahili will be considered a strong asset•Previous experience in retail or business-to-business (B2B) sales is highly preferred•Familiarity with shipping and export documentation and procedures is a distinct advantage•Candidates must hold a valid visa to work in Dubai or be available for immediate joining
