Job Description

Our client, a global FMCG company is looking for a Shopper Marketing ? Senior Specialist based in Dubai. Salary Budget: USD 5K - 7K + Benefits, To expedite, share CV at Smehrolia@antal.comShopper Marketing ? Senior Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing and managing the shopper marketing strategy and implementation for the emerging markets of the Travel Retail business.Scope & Principal Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Planning & Execution
  • Customer Management
  • Permanent Merchandizing
  • Digital, E-Commerce & CRM
  • Consumer Promotions & Procurement
  • Deploying 360 campaigns guaranteed to drive beneficial growth for company and its customers
  • Work closely with brand marketing and commercial counterparts to ensure the best execution built on consumer and shopper insight
  • Manage relationships with external agencies
  • Lead customer marketing plans
  • Data and insight led approach to key investment decisions to maximize consumer and shopper engagement
  • Omnichannel delivery of brand plans across all customers within the region executed through shopper and customer programs
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:? Degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline? Minimum 4 -7 years? experience? Prior multinational companies and FMCG/Ecommerce /Retail/ Luxury exposure is preferable? Strong executional ability for merchandizing and activations? Excellent relationship management skills to manage customers? Digital & E-Commerce functional knowledge? Ability to influence/negotiate with external stakeholders (agencies/operators)
