Our client is a Leading Retail company. They are now looking for a Shop Manager to join them. Roles & Responsibilities. Cooperate with the company to manage the promoters, preside over the daily, weekly and monthly regular meetings of the promoters, issue sales targets and supervise the implementation to ensure the growth of the companys performance.. Assist the company to display hardware, materials, gifts, etc. in each store to ensure that the staff are dressed the service level and in-store operations are compliant and standardized maintain and improve the store image, find problems and solve them in a timely manner, and give feedback. Responsible for the supervision and implementation of a series of sales processes such as in-store sales cashier and emergency handling.
