  • Assisting the service sales team in the following
  • Follow up on FOS contracts, prepare conversion offers and update sales.
  • Prepare contract renewals, Follow up on pending contracts for renewal and update sales.
  • Prepare T quotes
  • Conduct MFA for Service Sales
  • Assist sales in preparingcustomerreports,callback analysis etc.
  • Provide daily activity report to sales manager.
  • Develop good understanding of service business & procedures.
  • Acquire basic knowledge ofelevators, escalators, and travellators.
