Preparation and dispatch to clients of installation and operating guidelines.? Maintain management system records for coordination of sales of service maintenance contracts.? Taking client payments as and when required.? Liaise with production/warehouse staff regarding preparation of products prior to installation on site.? Support and building trust with customers, employees, contractors (Authorized Service Partners) regarding the scope of the on-site activities.?
