Job Description

Our ClientOur client is the digital venture within a very established legacy insurance business; launching a insuretech start-up in the MENA region.Your Responsibilities

  • From discovery research to delivering high-fidelity prototypes and testing live products, you?ll be part of hybrid product and design team that work together to uncover user (and business) problems and deliver innovative solutions
  • Help to shape a growing design team and design system with a foundation in human centred design and storytelling
  • Conduct user interviews and usability testing to uncover new problems to work on and generate fresh ideas and insights
  • Evaluate, establish, and apply best practices and find creative ways to solve UX problems
  • Develop low fidelity wireframes and high fidelity prototypes in Figma
Your Qualifications
  • 3+ years of product design experience (at least 2 years proven experience with a B2C Insuretech app based product)
  • Must be located in Dubai or Qatar or willing to relocate
  • Professional experience using Figma for mobile and web design
  • Strong portfolio of work with high quality interaction and visual design work
  • Proactive self-starter, with a clear passion for design and personal development
  • Undergrad or Bachelors degree, preferably in a design-related field
  • Arabic would be a plus
  • User centric design thinker with UX research and continuous interviewing experience
  • Strong UX focus and product sense
