Senior Technical ManagerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :•Lead the technical management of major roads, utilities, and infrastructure projects, ensuring strict adherence to UAE regulations, project specifications, and international best practices.•Effectively coordinate with consultants, government authorities, and internal departments to resolve technical challenges related to design, utility interfaces, and construction.•Provide expert supervision and guidance to engineering teams in the preparation and review of technical submittals, shop drawings, IFC (Information for Construction) reviews, and as-built documentation.•Champion the implementation of value engineering initiatives, robust quality assurance procedures, and innovative solutions within roadworks, drainage, sewerage, and utility network projects.•Manage technical risks and opportunities, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues.•Contribute to the development and implementation of technical strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives.•Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and readily accessible.•Mentor and develop junior engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Requirements :•Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. A Masters degree is desirable.•Minimum 12 years of experience in the technical management of large-scale infrastructure projects, with substantial experience specifically within the UAE.•Proven ability to lead and motivate engineering teams, delivering projects on time and within budget.•Comprehensive understanding of UAE regulations, codes, and standards pertaining to infrastructure development.•Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.•Proficiency in relevant design and project management software.•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic language proficiency is a significant advantage.
