Job Position – Senior Technical EngineerCompany Name – Green stone LandscapingKey Responsibilities:– Generate high-quality CAD Shop Drawing, As-Built Drawing, Construction Detail, and Design Development Drawings– Analyze sketches, drawings, and specifications to assess design factors and procedures– Update drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and improvements– Direct surveying, construction, material testing, operations, and maintenance activities at the project site– Evaluate landscape designs and drawings to ensure alignment with project specifications– Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate landscape componentsRequirements:– Proficient in ICDL, 3D Max, Realtime Landscape, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Lumion, and GIS– 2–4 years of relevant experience in UAE– Relevant background in landscaping projects
