Job Description

Our ClientOur prestigious client in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire a Senior Technical Analyst for a long term contract.Your Responsibilities

  • Support web-based software solutions/applications as required to cater to various business productivity improvements.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and track them to closure.
  • Work with vendors on open tickets and coordinate internally to ensure tickets get resolved in time.
  • To perform and coordinate regular system/product upgrades.
  • To take part in various implementation projects and lead the technical side of the implementation.
  • Maintain a log of all technical requests/projects/releases in IT Service Management system and provide regular updates
  • Create/modify reports and dashboards.
  • Perform technical changes/modifications in key business applications and other reporting tools as per requirements.
  • Perform integrations with other systems as needed.
Your Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of extensive experience in technical implementations and managing multiple applications a technical lead.
  • Previous experience in an investment/financial services firm is required.
  • Must have hands on working experience with products such as eFront Front Invest and/or DealCloud is required.
  • Sound understanding of application design, muti tiered architecture and SaaS model
  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL and practical hands-on experience with building complex queries.
  • Should be hands-on with programming concepts & analysis with expertise in one of more programming language.
  • Should have good understanding of Web services/API, Multithreading and Network Protocols like HTTP, TCP, UDP.
  • Must have strong experience in integrating applications (strong coding, automation, and integration experience) with exposure to the latest technology advancements making use of BI tools and ETL.
  • Should have basic understanding of PowerShell scripting.
  • Awareness of cloud technology and infrastructure is a must.
  • Background in website and form design is a plus
