Job Description

Job Title: Senior StorekeeperExperience:5–8 years of relevant experienceQualification:Bachelor’s DegreeKey Responsibilities:Receive, verify, and record incoming materials, supplies, and productsMaintain accurate stock levels through regular physical counts and reconciliationOrganize and store materials for easy identification, traceability, and retrievalMonitor stock movement and report shortages, excess, damaged, or expired itemsEnsure proper storage conditions to prevent loss, damage, or deterioration of materialsEnforce correct material handling and safety procedures within the store areaMaintain detailed inventory records including GRNs, issue slips, stock registers, and logsEnsure compliance with company documentation standards and audit requirementsPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock status reportsIdentify slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete stock and recommend corrective actionsSupport management with accurate inventory data for planning and decision-makingCoordinate with procurement, site teams, and vendors as required
