Job Description

Job Title: Senior StorekeeperKey Responsibilities:Receive, verify, and record incoming materials, equipment, and suppliesMaintain accurate stock levels through regular physical counts and reconciliationOrganize and store materials for easy identification, retrieval, and safe handlingMonitor stock movement and report shortages, excess, or damaged itemsEnsure proper storage conditions to prevent loss or deteriorationMaintain detailed records including GRNs, issue slips, and stock registersEnsure compliance with company documentation and audit requirementsPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reportsIdentify slow-moving, non-moving, or obsolete stock and take corrective actionsCoordinate with procurement, site engineers, and vendors for material requirementsSupervise junior store staff and manage site store operations efficientlyUse ERP systems to track inventory and generate reportsQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline, preferably related to Engineering / Supply Chain)10–12 years of experience as a Senior Storekeeper in Road and Infrastructure Construction projects in the UAEFamiliarity with ERP systems for inventory managementStrong knowledge of inventory control, material handling, and documentation standards
