• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• 6+ years of recruiting/staffing experience, preferably in a large, matrixed organization; a combination of search firm and corporate recruiting experience would be strongly preferred.
• Expertise in Project Management in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience with direct sourcing and qualification of candidates, including utilizing behavioural-based interviewing techniques.
• Experience recruiting in a fast paced - high volume environment.
• Thorough knowledge of recruiting/staffing database systems (experience using Workday preferred).
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

• You have global recruiting experience.
• You have Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry recruiting experience.
• You have experience in both Agency and Corporate recruitment.

What Youll Do

• Youll be responsible for end-to-end recruiting in the Middle East.
• Youll partner and consult with the business to understand business needs and develop a strategy.
• Youll work in understanding the local labour market and talent supply as well as local compensation trends.
• Youll educate Hiring Managers on the hiring progress and competitive landscape utilizing internal and external metrics and data. You will do this by delivering behavioural-based interview training to client groups across the business.
• Youll partner with the Talent Acquisition and HRBP leads to identify and deploy Employee Branding, Social Media strategies, Diversity Initiatives, etc.
• Youll drive consistency in the hiring process and ensure a best in class hiring manager and candidate experience.
• Youll contribute to process improvement initiatives and will drive efficient process adherence.
