Job Description

Position Summary?The Senior Specialist - HR is responsible for providing efficient and effective HR services within campus and is the main point of contact for staff on matters pertaining to employee relations, policy interpretation, performance management and, learning and development. He/she is also responsible for improving the campus HR environment by providing feedback and observations from the field to Line Manager in Central Services.Requirements

  • Full English and Arabic proficiency is required.
  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration.
  • Advanced computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office , Banner.
  • Minimum of four years of work experiance in Human Ressorces.?
