Senior Specialist - Compliance & Regulatory Would you like to be part of a team that ensures compliance standards are met?Do you like working in collaborative and cross-functional teams?Join our Compliance TeamOur Team takes responsibility for investigating and managing complex and sensitive investigationsPartner with the bestThe Senior Specialist - Compliance & Regulatory is responsible for investigating and managing some of the most complex and sensitive investigations resulting from concerns raised through our Open Reporting Process/Tool. . Partnership with Subject Matter Experts (SME?s) will be critical and a strong investigations background is essential. This role investigates allegations raised through Baker Hughess open reporting/ombuds program. Support of other compliance related projects and local/regional/business initiatives is also expected.As a Senior Specialist - Compliance & Regulatory , you will be responsible for:

  • Investigating allegations raised through the Open Reporting program, these allegations could be related to violations of the Baker Hughes Code of Conduct, Policy, or Law.
  • Reviewing and investigating all escalated employee complaints, concerns, disputes, and claims related to Our Way (Code of Conduct) claims
  • Summarizing investigation findings, working with the proper Subject Matter Experts, Legal, local HR and the business to ensure comprehensive review, investigation and documentation is complete.
  • Partnering with SME?s, legal, business leaders and local HR to determine appropriate corrective actions
  • Monitoring incoming case volume on a daily basis to manage personal case load
  • Identifying ways to prevent or reduce concerns of a similar nature through the implementation of additional procedures, training, and communications
  • Useing sound judgment to mitigate risk and weigh the importance and validity of information to form fact-based opinions, consults with Legal prior to making formal recommendations where appropriate
  • Multi-tasking with ease while prioritizing the most urgent needs
  • Completing other duties or project work as assigned

  • Have a Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Have extensive experience with internal investigations
  • Have experience in HR, Finance, Security, Legal or Compliance Organization
  • Have a knowledge of BH policies, process and tools
