Job Description

Position Summary?The Senior Specialist: Assessment will coordinate teams of faculty in the: Development of assessment of division system wide exams in accordance with HCT assessment policies and procedures. Co-ordinate with the central assessment unit, program coordinators, curriculum team leaders and faculty to ensure consistency in standards and fitness for purpose. Monitor and audit exams development and implementation and verification of exam format and make necessary provision to support programs through HCTs Learning Management System.Requirements?

  • Masters degree from an accredited university relevant to the division in which she/he serves is prefered . BS degree is acceptable with significant experience
  • Candidates with additional assessment certification and/or project management certification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising project teams
  • Experience of designing? assessment for similar programs, with experience of teaching/delivering training to a high standard
  • Knowledge of curriculum standards, CAA standards, and assessment and quality assurance procedures in BS degree programs settings
  • Ability to facilitate technology integration, information, communication, and organize professional development training
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, active listening skills and convincing presentation skills
  • Experience of coordinating and negotiating at various levels
  • Excellent project management & interpersonal skills
  • Should have excellent communications skills?
