Job Description

Position SummaryThe Senior Specialist Assessment will coordinate teams of faculty in the: Development of assessment of division system-wide exams in accordance with HCT assessment policies and procedures. Coordinate with the central assessment unit and program coordinators and faculty to ensure consistency in standards and fitness for purpose. Monitor and audit exams development and implementation and verification of exam format and content with the curriculum?team leaders and make necessary provisions to support programs through HCTs Learning Management System.?Requirements

  • Minimum of two years experience in supervising project teams.
  • Experience in designing and developing curricula and assessments for similar programs
  • with experience of teaching/delivering training to a high standard.
  • Knowledge of curriculum standards, CAA standards, and assessment and quality.
  • Assurance procedures in BS degree programs settings.
  • Ability to facilitate technology integration, information, communication, and organize
  • professional development training.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, active listening skills and
  • convincing presentation skills.
  • Experience in coordinating and negotiating at various levels.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Customer focus and a proven track record of delivering on objectives in a changing
  • environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Innovative, team player, patient, enthusiastic, and people-oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
