Job Description

Our ClientA well-established organisation in the finance sector in UAE are looking for a Senior Security Architect Your ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the security architecture and solutions for our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess security risks, develop strategies, and ensure the protection of our critical assets, systems, and data. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of security technologies, industry best practices, and emerging trends to proactively address evolving threats.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive security architecture framework and strategy to protect our organizations infrastructure, applications, and data assets.
  2. Conduct security assessments and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities, threats, and potential security gaps across various systems and networks.
  3. Design and oversee the implementation of security controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and select appropriate security technologies, products, and vendors.
  5. Provide technical guidance and expertise in the development and deployment of secure solutions, including cloud-based environments, network infrastructure, and applications.
  6. Perform security reviews of system designs, architecture, and configuration to ensure adherence to security principles and best practices.
  7. Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches, conducting forensic investigations and recommending remediation actions.

Your Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT or equivalent.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or SABSA or TOGAF are highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption, authentication mechanisms, and network protocols.
  • Experience with cloud security architecture and deployment models (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related security controls.
