What youll be doing We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic professional with a proven track record in sales and business development to join our team as a Senior Sales Manager. This role combines key account management expertise with the strategic capability to establish and expand business operations across new markets in the Lower Gulf region.Build and nurture relationships with key retailers, e-tailers, and strategic channel partners to drive brand performance.Develop and implement sell-in and sell-out strategies to meet quarterly revenue targets.Collaborate with partners to create accurate demand forecasts and manage inventory effectively.Plan and execute joint marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to boost sales and customer engagement.Lead the expansion of operations into Lower Gulf countries, identifying new market opportunities and building local partnerships.Create and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to each market?s unique dynamics.What you?ll need to succeed 6 to 7 years of experience in sales, category management, or business development within the electronics or technology sector. Luxury Tech will be an advantage.Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution capabilities in fast-paced, evolving environments.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work autonomously
