Responsible to Achieve Sales Target as set by the managementDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.The candidate should have experience in plumbing solutions, specifically with PPR Pipes Fittings, PEX Pipes, Poly Plast Etc and AC Accessories, Copper Pipesstrong relationships with new and existing clients.Prepare and carry out the Marketing activities as informed by the Dept managerConduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends Prepare quotations and submittals as requiredFollow up Payments as per the agreed payment plans with the customersHandle POS – (Cash Sales) if requiredSubmit management reports monthly or quarterly as requiredRequirements:Relevant bachelors degree / MBA would be an added advantageProven 2 to 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the AC accessories or building materials industryStrong understanding of sales principles and customer service practicesStrong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting customer relationshipsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objectionsShould have a valid Driving LicenseEnglish fluency is a must.
