Yas Projects LLC is currently seeking a Senior Safety Manager to join their dynamic construction team in Abu Dhabi. This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing safety protocols, compliance, and implementation of HSE policies across ongoing projects. The selected candidate must bring deep industry experience and a strong understanding of UAE safety regulations to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor company-wide safety programs and procedures. Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments on-site. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to maintain compliance with UAE safety standards. Review project documentation to ensure safety requirements are fully integrated into design and construction phases. Coordinate and deliver safety training programs to enhance awareness among employees and subcontractors. Prepare and submit safety performance reports to management and clients. Act as the main point of contact for regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with local laws.Key Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related discipline). Valid Safety Certifications (such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent). Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the UAE construction industry. Proven ability to lead safety initiatives on large-scale infrastructure or building projects. Must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
