Job Description

Emirates NBD Priority Banking constitutes a pivotal segment within the Retail Banking Sector, overseeing relationships with affluent clients. Our team offers a diverse array of specialized products, services and tailored experiences to cater to the discerning requirements of both individual and corporate customers.As a Senior Relationship Manager, your role is multi-faceted and dynamic. You will spearhead the acquisition of new client relationships within this segment while nurturing and expanding existing ones. Your objectives include meeting revenue targets across Assets, Liabilities, Investments, and Insurance, ensuring exceptional service standards and maximizing client satisfaction. Furthermore, you will uphold strict compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and anti-money laundering protocols.In this role, you will be responsible for portfolios ranging from AED 1MM to 7MM, serving salaried individuals earning between AED 100K to 250K. This role presents an exciting opportunity to excel in relationship management within our esteemed banking environment.RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the primary point of contact for Priority Banking customers, nurturing relationships and actively supporting business development through client acquisition, account management and collaboration with Product Specialist.Demonstrate expertise in Priority Banking offerings, serving as a trusted advisor to clients, while actively cross-selling products and marketing new services to increase share of wallet.Adhere to operational, sales and anti-mis-selling policies, maintain compliance, KYC and clients profiles, assess risk tolerance, uphold confidentiality, document meetings and promptly report suspicious transactions.Monitor and exceed client satisfaction, cross-sell bank services and stay updated on market trends and maintain open communication as a valuable team player.Pursue self-development through identifying and communicating training needs promptly to the Unit manager for improvement.REQUIREMENTSEducation- University Degree in Business or Finance.Experiences- At least 7 years in a sales role within the financial services/Banking industry.- Experience across a wide range of Banking areas, e.g. Retail and Wealth Management.Knowledge & Skills- Fluency in English, while knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
