Key Responsibilities:Source, screen, and recruit top-tier sales talent for off-plan real estate rolesBuild and maintain a talent pipeline aligned with business growthConduct in-depth interviews, focusing on sales experience and market knowledgePartner with leadership to understand hiring needs and deliver high-impact candidatesManage recruitment lifecycle from outreach to onboardingUse recruitment platforms, headhunting tactics, and real estate-specific networksRequirements:Minimum 1 year proven experience recruiting in real estate, preferably off-planDeep understanding of real estate sales structures, commissions, and targetsAbility to identify high-potential candidates based on performance metrics and attitudeStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsFamiliar with ATS tools and recruitment platforms (e.g., , Bayt, gulf)
