Senior RecruiterJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :•Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment process from role briefing, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.•Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with Heads of Departments, senior leaders, and hiring managers to understand workforce plans and hiring priorities.•Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through strategic sourcing techniques - including networking, direct headhunting, social media, and specialized AI/digital platforms.•Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, provide insights on talent acquisition performance, and deliver regular dashboards/reports to management.•Employer Branding: Support initiatives to enhance the organizations visibility and reputation as an employer of choice within the digital and AI talent community.•Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, ensuring a high-quality and efficient hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience :•10-12 years of experience in recruitment, with strong exposure to digital, technology, and AI roles (either in-house or agency).•Proven success in managing senior-level stakeholder relationships and advising business leaders on talent strategy.•Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.•Solid understanding of digital and AI technologies, roles, and skills (e.g., Data Science, Machine Learning, Product, Engineering, UX/UI, etc.).•Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in recruitment systems (ATS, CRM, Excel, Power BI, or similar).•Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining quality.•Familiarity with AI-driven recruitment tools and data-driven sourcing techniques.
