Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for fit-out projectsManage contractual correspondence and negotiate variations and claimsConduct cost control and value engineering exercises throughout the project lifecycleReview and prepare tender documents and contractsMonitor and report on project financial performanceLiaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers regarding contractual and financial issuesEnsure compliance with company policies and UAE regulationsConduct site visits and measurements to verify quantities and progressPrepare and present progress reports to stakeholdersQualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related fieldProfessional accreditation (RICS, CIQS, or equivalent) is preferredExperience: Minimum of 8 years of QS experience in fit-out or interior projects in the UAESkills & Attributes: Strong negotiation and contractual skillsExcellent analytical and numerical skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
