Key Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze cost estimates and budgets.Manage contractual correspondence and negotiations.Monitor project costs and expenditures.Conduct cost value reconciliations and reports.Evaluate and process variations and change orders.Ensure compliance with contractual and safety standards.Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.Extensive experience in infrastructure project estimation and cost control.Strong knowledge of contractual procedures and FIDIC/NEC contracts.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Proficient in QS software and MS Office applications.
