Q.S Engineer – Building ProjectsLocation: Al Wahda Street, Sharjah, U.A.ESector: Main Contracting – Construction (Tendering & Estimation Department)Experience: 7+ Years (UAE / GCC)Key Responsibilities:-Prepare accurate quantity take-offs as per CESMM / POMI standards-Review subcontractor/supplier quotations & prepare cost comparisons-Support the technical team in bid preparation-Coordinate with project stakeholders for clarifications & alternatives-Identify cost reductions and resolve estimation-related issues-Report to the Estimator or Estimation Manager with relevant project detailsQualification Requirements:-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying-Minimum 7 years of UAE/GCC experience in Building Projects
