Senior Quantity SurveyorJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :•Manage and control all commercial aspects of assigned construction packages.•Prepare tender documentation, lead contract negotiations, and develop procurement strategies.•Oversee cost reporting, valuations, variations, and the settlement of final accounts.•Ensure compliance with all contractual terms and conditions.•Manage claims, disputes, and risk mitigation effectively.Requirements :•5–8 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.•Demonstrated ability to manage projects autonomously from pre-contract to final account.•Strong knowledge of contract law and claims management procedures.•Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.•Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
