Trojan Construction Group is looking for a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor (Q.S.) to join our team and drive cost-control and contractual excellence across our UAE projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial judgment, hands-on estimating skills, and proven experience managing variations and claims on large-scale contracting jobs.Responsibilities: Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and produce detailed cost estimates for tendering and project control. Review, assess and certify interim payment applications in line with contract terms. Manage variations, claims, and contractual correspondence to protect the companys commercial position. Perform price analysis, monitor project costs, and implement effective cost-control measures. Coordinate closely with procurement to ensure supplier and contract compliance. Liaise with project teams, clients and subcontractors to resolve commercial issues and support project delivery.Requirements: B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering. 710 years of quantity surveying experience within contracting companies, preferably in the UAE market. Familiarity with FIDIC contract conditions is preferred. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent negotiation, analytical and commercial reporting abilities. Able to work collaboratively on site and support multiple projects concurrently.
