Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field8+ years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in construction/development projectsStrong knowledge of cost estimation, contracts, and construction methodsExcellent negotiation and analytical skillsProficiency in QS software and MS Office SuiteAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyResponsibilities:Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentsConduct feasibility studies and value engineeringMonitor project costs and update budgets regularlyPrepare and evaluate contractual claims and variationsAssist in tendering and procurement processesLiaise with contractors, clients, and consultants regarding contractual issuesConduct site visits to monitor progress and cost implicationsEnsure compliance with contractual and legal requirementsPrepare reports on cost control and financial status of projectsManage and supervise junior quantity surveyors
