We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team, specializing in multistorey building construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, contract administration, tendering, and overall commercial management of projects.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and manage project budgets, BOQs, and cost reportsEvaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate contractsConduct cost analysis and value engineeringManage interim payments, variations, and final accountsEnsure compliance with project specifications and client requirementsRequirements:Bachelor?s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 7?10 years of relevant experience in multistorey building constructionProven expertise in FIDIC or other standard forms of contractStrong analytical and negotiation skillsUAE experience preferred
