Hiring Senior Quality Control (Milk Powder Manufacturing) – Dubai, UAEAbout UsWe are a leading milk powder manufacturing company in Dubai dedicated to producing premium-quality products for GCC and global markets. With state-of-the-art facilities and a strict commitment to food safety, quality and process excellence, we’re looking to add an experienced Senior Quality Control professional to elevate our standard.Your Role & Responsibilities•Lead and oversee all QC inspection activities across raw materials, in-process samples, and finished milk powder to ensure consistent compliance with internal & regulatory quality standards.•Perform sensory evaluations; microbiological, chemical, physical and physical?chemical analyses in collaboration with the QC lab.•Design, implement and maintain QC protocols, SOPs, test samples, checklists and reporting documentation.•Monitor production processes and equipment performance to proactively identify and resolve deviations, contamination risks or quality trends.•Conduct internal audits, HACCP risk assessments, GMP checks and support external regulatory audits.•Investigate quality incidents or customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and track CAPAs.•Train and mentor QC staff and cross?functional teams on hygiene best practices, sampling, testing and compliance.What You Bring•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Microbiology or a related field.•8+ years of progressive quality control or assurance experience in the dairy, milk powder or food manufacturing industry.•Strong expertise in food safety management systems like HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC/FSSC 22000 and GMP.•Proficiency in laboratory testing (microbiological, chemical, sensory), quality tools and data analysis.•Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills, with a track record of driving improvements.•Flexibility to work on shifts and collaborate across production, QA, regulatory and operations teams.Why Join Us•Be part of a mission-driven team producing high?quality milk powder that serves the GCC and beyond.•Opportunity to lead and enhance quality systems in a cutting?edge food manufacturing facility.•Grow your career in a professional and inclusive work environment with competitive compensation and benefits
