Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures specific to static equipment and skid manufacturing.Review technical drawings, specifications, and material submittals related to static equipment and skids.Conduct audits and inspections at manufacturing sites to verify adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.Monitor fabrication processes, perform quality checks, and ensure compliance with project requirements.Coordinate with production teams, suppliers, and clients to address quality issues promptly.Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of quality activities, inspection reports, and testing results.Participate in final inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.Provide guidance and training to site personnel on quality standards and best practices.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field.6 to 10 years of experience in QA/QC, specifically in static equipment and skid manufacturing.Proven experience in inspection, welding, fabrication, and manufacturing of static equipment.Certifications such as ASME, API, or relevant quality management standards preferred.Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
