The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementation of strategic initiatives across key domains such as CRM, Loan Origination, Digital Transformation, Payments, and Regulatory Compliance. This is a high-visibility role requiring close collaboration with senior stakeholders, executive leadership, and project steering committees.Key ResponsibilitiesРLead the full project lifecycle—from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure—for large-scale banking transformation projects.-Serve as the primary point of contact for senior business and technology stakeholders, including steering committees and C-level executives.-Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in alignment with SIB’s strategic goals.-Manage cross-functional teams (internal and external), vendors, and third-party partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.-Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.-Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal governance frameworks.-Prepare and present clear, concise project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive audiences.-Utilize best-practice project management methodologies and tools to drive efficiency and transparency.Qualifications & Experience-8,10 years of proven project management experience, with a strong focus on banking/financial services projects in the UAE.-Demonstrated experience managing complex implementations in one or more of the following areas:-CRM (Customer Relationship Management)РLoan Origination SystemsРDigital Transformation InitiativesРPayments PlatformsРRegulatory & Compliance Projects-PMP certification is strongly preferred.-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and present confidently to senior stakeholders and steering committees.-Proficiency in project management tools: MS Project, Microsoft EPM (Enterprise Project Management), Jira, and MS Office Suite.-Deep understanding of Islamic banking principles and UAE regulatory landscape is a plus.
