Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple high-profile or complex projects from initiation to completion.Develop project strategies, plans, and frameworks to ensure successful delivery.Mentor and guide Project Managers and project teams.Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality assurance processes.Engage with senior clients and stakeholders to foster strong relationships.Manage project risks, changes, and issues proactively.Drive innovation and best practices in project management across the organization.Report project progress and performance to executive leadership.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred.10+ years of experience managing large or complex development/construction projects.Strong leadership, strategic planning, and negotiation skills.Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.Experience working in employee-owned or collaborative business environments.
