A Senior Project Engineer is responsible for leading and coordinating all phases of engineering projects—from planning and design to execution and handover. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The senior engineer also acts as a liaison between the client, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:Plan, schedule, and manage engineering projects from start to finishReview project specifications, drawings, and requirementsSupervise on-site work, ensuring alignment with design and safety standardsCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, designers, and contractorsMonitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocationPrepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentationEnsure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standardsIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategiesLead and mentor junior engineers and site staffCommunicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
