Carry out data analysis on our funnel metrics, identify trends and flag opportunities or causes of concerns.
Suggest strategies & improvements across product, content & branding that can help create a compounding growth strategy. This can include: suggesting product features, creating ad campaigns, and newsletters, engaging on social media, doing offline activities etc.
RequirementsYou are an ideal fit if you..
Have at least 3+ years of overall work experience & at least 2+ years of experience in Product Management, engineering or founder roles where you were responsible for delivering on features all the way to production.
Have talked to customers before and run discovery/research sessions that helped you develop strong customer empathy to inform you on the features to build.
Are UX & biased & can work together with our design teams to ship experiences that help our customers love our product.
Have an iterative & MVP mindset: know when to descope aggressively and when to double down.
You are analytical & data driven. Experience with data analysis tools like SQL, Excel & Amplitude or similar tools a must.
Prior experience building Fintech & B2B products a big plus.
