Senior Procurement SpecialistJob Location : UAEDuties:•Ensure compliance of purchasing activities with corporate governance.•Solve problems related to procurement processes, logistics, and tenders.•Maintain documentation related to all purchases/tenders.•Additional Responsibilities:•Vendor Registration.•Maintain proper source channel for potential suppliers.•Manage and control all legal documents for the vendor during registration (NDA, Trade License, Profile).•Pre-Qualification grading for all vendors.Key Requirements:•Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.•Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
