Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement strategies for oil & gas projectsPrepare and evaluate RFQs, bid analysis, and supplier selection processesEnsure procurement activities comply with ADNOC standards, policies, and proceduresNegotiate contracts, terms, and prices with suppliers and vendorsCoordinate with engineering and project teams to meet project timelinesMonitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationshipsReview and validate procurement documentation, including purchase orders and contractsTrack procurement progress and resolve issues impacting project schedulesMaintain accurate procurement records and reportsRequirements: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related fieldMinimum 8 years of procurement experience in oil & gas projects, with ADNOC project experience preferredADNOC approval or certification is mandatoryStrong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skillsKnowledge of ADNOC procurement policies, standards, and industry best practicesProficiency in procurement software and ERP systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively under tight deadlines and in a team environment
