Job Summary:We are looking for a Senior Procurement Engineer with extensive experience in sourcing high-quality materials and services for luxury villa and mansion projects. The candidate should have a strong network of suppliers and a deep understanding of premium finishes and construction materials.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement strategies specific to luxury residential projectsSource and select suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors for high-end finishes and materialsReview and evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate terms, and ensure timely deliveryCoordinate with project teams to ensure procurement aligns with project timelines and specificationsManage procurement documentation and contractsMonitor market trends and new product innovations in luxury finishesEnsure compliance with company policies and quality standardsQualifications: Extensive experience in procurement for high-end residential or luxury projectsStrong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skillsKnowledge of premium interior and exterior finishesFamiliarity with procurement software and ERP systemsUAE/Bahrain experience preferred
