Job Description

Our client is an IT infrastructure systems integrator company headquartered in Dubai, UAE, looking for a dynamic Pre-sales & Post sales Senior Engineer at various levels to cover and grow market share and to position our clients solutions by creating and identifying opportunities.Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of data center technology including converged infrastructure, storage, server, network, database, systems management, DR/Business Recovery practices, production operation, etc. (beneficial on Dell EMC products)
  • Excellent presentation skills in front of all levels of the IT Organization and C-Level audience
  • Self-motivated, proactive and understands the importance of a strong sense of urgency reflected through the ability to drive customer demand within the district
  • Excellent industry knowledge and ability to anticipate new industry trends
  • Good understanding of Dell EMCs competitors in the area of data center technology and cloud solutions
  • Virtualization and IT automation process experience with VMware on: Storage & Availability, SDDC Platform- and Cloud Management Platform Solutions
  • Multiple years of actively delivering IT infrastructure projects based on Dell EMC technologies
  • Strong documentation and technical writing skills
  • An adaptable and progressive learner with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to work independently and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficient organizational skills
  • Full clean driving license (UAE)
  • A high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
  • Can join immediately.
Required Skills:
  • Experience delivering technologies from Dell EMC, including pre-and post-sales experience.
  • Currently holding Implementation Engineer and Technology Architect certifications across multiple product sets.
  • Full Dell EMC transcript to be shared with all specialization certifications.
  • Additional industry certifications from vendors like VMware, Cisco, Veritas and Microsoft will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with Sales Team to develop and implement specific account penetration strategies, and produce account-specific solutions, services,s and technical sales plans (typically in complex enterprises and highly critical accounts)
  • Drives strategy and implementation of technical sales for products (typically Converged/Hyperconverged Infrastructure, Enterprise Storage, Software, and Cloud solutions) and services within the area of responsibility
  • Develops and documents DELL EMC solutions to meet customer objectives. Completes required presales documentation quickly and accurately
  • Lead the development of responses to highly critical, large-scale customer requests and proposals.
  • Anticipates technology and/or market trends and provides guidance to the customer
  • Maintains knowledge of DELL EMC solutions and competition to effectively address and dispel customer objections to DELL EMC solutions
  • As a subject matter expert in this customer-facing role, you will design, implement, and create innovative and complex end-to-end technical solutions based on Dell EMC technologies.
  • Conduct engagements independently (or as part of a project team) with our Enterprise customers
  • Assist and own the low-level design of system architecture, requirements, migration plans and operational standard methodologies aligning with customers unique business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams which could consist of pre-sales architects, account managers and vendor resources from multiple different vendors
  • Lead and deliver technical enablement, service delivery training events and technical labs
  • Prioritize and drive project issues with support to ensure visibility, traction and timely closure
  • Must enjoy working with leading-edge technology and being an intrinsic part of a fantastic team
  • Building and managing vendor relationships
