Job Description

Overview of the role:To provide support to the Business and Project Management teams (depending on nature and size of project).Functionally reporting to Snr Planning Manager/Planning Director.Job Context:Define organizational policy and other factors that have a critical impact on the job.What you will do:Responsible for:Day to Day Operations

  • Assist in the analysis of tender information and preparation of tender programmes
  • Assist in the preparation of master/ contract programmes
  • Analyse Labour Resource and Plant
  • Analyse and evaluate construction methods and techniques
  • Assist in the preparation of prelims
  • Prepare procurement and information schedules
  • Comment on logistics and methods of working
  • Identify complex construction and associated risk/opportunities
  • Assist in resolving the problems
  • Assist in assessing project progress positions & production of weekly progress reports
OPERATIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIESSafety, Quality & Environment
  • Ensure that all relevant safety, quality and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that the safety, quality of services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed within AFC
