Key Responsibilities: Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.Coordinate with construction teams and subcontractors to align activities.Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule.Identify, analyze, and report on schedule variances and delays.Recommend corrective actions to keep the project on track.Participate in progress meetings and report project status to management.Liaise with stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and feasibility.Ensure all planning activities comply with ADNOC standards.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Extensive experience in site-based planning for civil projects, specifically with ADNOC.Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar planning tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Residing in UAE with valid residency status.
